Price Adjustment Policy Details

If you have purchased a product within the last 14 days and it is now reduced in price, you can claim your Price Adjustment either In-Store or Online depending on where you made the purchase. For online purchases you can contact Customer Service by email.  For purchases made in store you need to return to the store with your sales receipt. Price adjustments will not be applicable during select promotional events such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Boxing Week, etc. or in conjunction with a fundraising campaign.
