Return Policy Details
If you have made a purchase within the last 30 days and are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items either in-store or by mail. Item must be in new condition and not worn or washed. Returns after 30 days may be refunded via a store credit.
Note: gift returns will be refunded via store credit.

- To mail an item back follow these instructions:
- Contact customer service to get your pre-paid shipping label, click here.
- Fill out the return form and secure the item in shipping packaging
- Deposit package in mailbox or at Canada Post location; no postage needed.
- In 2-3 weeks, urban outfitters customer service will email you when return is processed.
