Price Adjustment Policy Details

If you have purchased a product within the last 10 days and it is now reduced in price, you can claim your Price Adjustment Online or In-Store depending on where you made the original purchase. For online purchases you can email Running Room at Customerservice@runningroom.com (include your order number) or contact Customer Service at 1-800-419-2906 x 226. For purchases made in store you need to return to the store with your sales receipt.

  • If you made your purchase online, email Customerservice@runningroom.com or call 1-877-763-8662
  • If you made your purchase in-store, visit a Running Room store and request the price adjustment
  • Price Adjustments do not apply to seconds, limited time offers (i.e. grand opening sales), damaged goods, or close-out prices.
