If you have purchased a product within the last 30 days and it is now reduced in price, you can claim your Price Adjustment Online or In-Store depending on where you made the original purchase. For online purchases you can email SoftMoc at firstname.lastname@example.org (include your order number) or contact Customer Service at 1-877-763-8662. For purchases made in store you need to return to the store with your sales receipt.
