Costco is well regarded for its lenient return policy. Its is widely recognized as the best in the industry. Costco guarantees your satisfaction on most merchandise. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items either in-store or online depending on where you made the purchase. Televisions, major appliances and some other exclusions must be returned within 90 days.
Note: Costco membership is fully refundable at any time if you are not satisfied.
